Steeler Yachts Acquires Holterman Shipyard

Steenwijk, The Netherlands – Steeler Yachts, the Dutch custom yacht builder based in Steenwijk, has acquired the operations of Holterman Shipyard in Meppel.

This acquisition strengthens Steeler Yachts’ production capacity and supports its long-term growth ambitions in the high-end segment of aluminum and steel-built motor yachts. The strategic location of the Holterman shipyard, just 10 minutes from Steeler’s existing facilities, enables close operational integration and offers clear opportunities for further expansion.

Steeler Yachts’ portfolio closely aligns with Holterman’s legacy, encompassing both displacement yachts, such as the Enigma line, and high-performance models including the ACE series. With this step, Steeler further reinforces its position in the Dutch Custom Class, combining craftsmanship, scale, and flexibility to serve a growing international clientele.
